This beautiful property perfectly blends period charms with stylish contemporary design. The building, a converted Victorian fishing warehouse, oozes industrial heritage and has been maintained to an impeccable standard. Inside, you'll find interesting architectural features including bespoke oak floating staircases, glass balustrades and triple height galleried ceilings. The open-plan kitchen and dining area displays a gorgeous exposed stone wall alongside warm red cabinetry and a large wooden table. Leading into the large living room, you'll find a 4k 55 inch TV with full surround sound system and high-speed fibre broadband, a table football table and stylish sofa and armchair. Celebrating artists form the local area, the walls are adorned with stunning original paintings and sculptures - adding a unique touch that make the artsHouse like no other.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. There are also 3 bathrooms, meaning guests have ample space and privacy. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with luxury furnishings as well as an en-suite with twin sinks, toilet and bath. The further bedrooms are equally as light and bright, with premium throws, cushions and tasteful artwork on the walls. You will find an additional king-size and double bed, plus a wet room with waterfall shower and a bathroom featuring a sunken bath. To top it off, the property is heated by geothermal heat source extracted from adjacent Newlyn Coombe River, which is overlooked by the paved outside space. The perfect spot to relax with an evening tipple!

The property is close to all that Newlyn has offer, including the famous Mackerel Sky seafood tapas bar and The Tolcarne Inn gastro pub. The area also boasts an independent arthouse cinema, art gallery, Jelbert's homemade ice cream, pasty shop, cheese shop and art school. You are also less than a minutes walk from the waters edge where you can gaze across the vast expanse Mount's Bay.

The idyllic village of Mousehole is just 2 miles away and is a lovely place to go for lunch and a wander along the harbour. The Old Coastguard pub serves delicious local food and a superb Sunday Lunch that's not to miss. The Rock Pool cafe is a must on sunny days, with its tucked-away sea-front location and extensive food and cocktail list.

The bustling town of Penzance is just a mile away, and it's just a short walk to the newly renovated promenade and famous Art Deco outdoor saltwater swimming pool. The town has an array of independent shops, and you can pick up a ferry from the harbour for a day's wildlife trip (you even may see seals and dolphins!). At low tide you can venture across the causeway to St Michaels Mount and spend the day exploring the isolated island with its historic castle and gardens. There are also ferries at high tide.

This part of Cornwall is home to a stunning selection of beaches and coastal walks; Cape Cornwall and the wonderful Minack Theatre are just 8 miles, whilst Lands End is also within close reach. We would highly recommend picking up the walk from Lands End to Nanjizal Cove - where you can enjoy peaceful dip in the sea and amazing cream teas.

The property is also well setup for those on a working holiday or business trip. It features high speed fibre internet and two desk spaces in the first floor bedrooms. The kitchen table also makes a bright and airy spot to work.

Given the remote nature of Cornwall, a car is recommended for getting the most out of your stay here. That said, the property is located within walking distance of Penzance which has very good transport links. Trains run from London Paddington on a regular basis throughout the year. And there is lots to do within walking distance from the property.

There are two parking bays directly opposite the front door for anyone to use, plus free parking on Treneglos Terrace and Charles Street. There are paid parking options near Duke Street Cafe and the Tolcarne Inn pub.


Guests will need to take care on the open staircases and should be aware of the proximity to the open river at the back of the property. Young children should never be left unattended by the river or on the stairs.

Though it sits alone on the third floor, there is no door at the top of the stair case that leads up to the master bedroom suite.
